***OPEN ENROLLMENT BEGINS AUGUST 4 AND ENDS AUGUST 22, 2025***

Click HERE to view detailed instructions for selecting your HEALTH and DENTAL benefits for the 2025 plan year.

• The plan year begins October 1, 2025. This means that any changes you make during the Open Enrollment period will take effect on October 1, 2025.
  
  
• Since there no changes to the available Health, Vision, and Dental benefits for the 2025 plan year, employees are not required to make elections during Open Enrollment.
  
  
• If you do not make changes to your elections for Health, Vision, and Dental benefits during the Open Enrollment period, your current benefits will remain in place.

ESS LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

• Click LOG IN in the top right corner of this screen.
• Enter your Username (your 5-digit employee ID).
• Enter your password.
• Click the LOG IN button.
  

FIRST TIME ESS USERS:

• Your Username is your 5-digit SCPS Employee ID# with no leading zeros.
  
• Your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
  
• You will be prompted to change your password upon your initial login to ESS.
  
• On the password change screen, the Current Password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
  
• Your new password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 1 number.

To log out of ESS:

• Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the your screen.
• Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.

Forgot your password?

• Click the Forgot your Password? link on the sign in screen to retrieve a hint for your password.
• An email will be sent to you with (1) a password hint and (2) a link to generate a new password.
• Click the link under option 2 to generate a new password.

If you're still having problems logging into ESS after using the Forgot Your Password? option on the login screen and resetting your password with the link sent to your email, please contact the Munis help desk at munishelpdesk@spotsylvania.k12.va.us.
