2025 - 2026 Contracts and Letters of Agreement


Licensed employee contracts for the 2025-2026 school year are available in Munis Employee Self-Serve (ESS)

All Contracts and Letters of Agreement are required to be electronically signed and submitted by May 22, 2025.

CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS NOT ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND SUBMITTED BY MAY 22, 2025, WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
For further instructions please refer to the HR Contracts and Salary Memoranda which can be located under Resources button in the top right corner of the Munis Self Service and which was emailed to employees on May 9th, 2025.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS


Click on the Log in icon in the top right corner of this screen.
Type in your User Name (your 5-digit employee ID) and password.

Do not enter four zeros in front of your employee ID.
Type your password slowly to ensure all your letters are captured by the application correctly.


FIRST TIME ESS USERS:


Your login is your

SCPS Employee ID#

and your password is

the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

You will be prompted to change your password upon your initial login to ESS.


On the change password screen, the
Current Password
is the
last 4 digits of your Social Security number.


New password requirements:
  • Minimum Length: 6 characters
  • Minimum Numeric Values: 1 character


To Log Out of SCPS ESS, click on your name and then click the link Log Out on the upper right corner of this screen.

Forgot your Password? Please click the Forgot Password link to retrieve a hint for your password.

    An email will be sent to you with the password hint and a link which you can click to generate a new password.
    Click the link under option 2 to generate a new password.


Should you have any problems with logging into ESS after trying the Forgot Password link and resetting your password with the link provided in your email, please contact the Munis help desk at munishelpdesk@spotsylvania.k12.va.us.
