2026 - 2027 CONTRACTS AND LETTERS OF AGREEMENT


Employment Contracts and Letters of Agreement for the 2026 - 2027 school year are now available in Munis Employee Self-Serve (ESS).

To review your contract or agreement, log in to Munis ESS and find your document under the Employee Notifications heading.

All Contracts and Letters of Agreement are required to be electronically signed and submitted by May 29, 2026.

Contracts and CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS NOT ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND SUBMITTED BY MAY 29, 2026 WILL BE NULL AND VOID.

If you experience an issue with your contract, please complete the FY27 Contract Support Form so the issue can be logged and routed to the appropriate HR team member for resolution. Following this process will be critical to improving the contract process in future years.

For further information, please refer to the document titled 2026 - 2027 Contract FAQs, located under Resources button in the top right corner of Employee Self Service. This information was emailed to all contracted employees on May 11, 2026.


ESS LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS


TO LOG IN:
  • Click LOG IN in the top right corner of this screen.
  • Enter your Username (your 5-digit employee ID).
  • Enter your password.
  • Click the LOG IN button.

FIRST TIME ESS USERS:

  • Your Username is your 5-digit SCPS Employee ID# with no leading zeros.
  • Your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
  • You will be prompted to change your password upon your initial login to ESS.
  • On the password change screen, the Current Password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
  • Your new password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least 1 number.
TO LOG OUT:
  • Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the your screen.
  • Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
  • Click the Forgot your Password? link on the sign in screen to retrieve a hint for your password.
  • An email will be sent to you with (1) a password hint and (2) a link to generate a new password.
  • Click the link under option 2 to generate a new password.
Your password now expires every 6 months!

If you're still having problems logging into ESS after using the Forgot Your Password? option on the login screen and resetting your password with the link sent to your email, please contact the Munis help desk at munishelpdesk@spotsylvania.k12.va.us.
